1. Lærdal Tunnel (Norway)

  • Length: 24.51 km (15.23 miles)

  • Opened: 2000

  • Details: Connects Lærdal and Aurland in western Norway. It is the longest road tunnel in the world and includes rest areas with lighting to reduce driver fatigue.


2. Yamate Tunnel (Japan)
